I chose to come to Northwest because it was close to family and it had everything I looked for in a college. It also has opportunities that will help me in pursuit of my end goal.
I'm excited to help students with finding jobs, helping them with resumes, and anything else they might be struggling with.
My favorite thing would be the people I get to meet and the community.
Empathy: People exceptionally talented in the Empathy theme can sense other people’s feeling by imagining themselves in others’ lives or situations.
Restorative: People strong in the Restorative theme are adept at dealing with problems. They are good at figuring out what is wrong and resolving it.
Developer: People who are in the Developer theme recognize and cultivate the potential in others. They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.
Responsibility: People who are talented in the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty.
Adaptability: People strong in Adaptability have the innate ability to switch direction quickly with little or no stress.
